Logistics Customer Service Officer

**Salary: $3,200**
**Work location: Jurong Gateway Road (near Jurong East MRT)**
**Work days: 5 Days (8:30am to 5:30pm From Mon to Fri)**
**Work Terms: Full-Time Permanent**
**Responsibilities**:
- Provide customer support for shipments and advise various country customary rules and regulations; provide after-sales support and following up with client till the whole transaction is completed.
- In-charge of Import/Export documentation and Shipping documentation (Import/ LC/ documentation/ Bill of Lading / FTA Agreement).
- Send all necessary information and documentation to clients / agents / sea companies / forwarders accurately and on a timely basis.
- Handling customer enquires or complaints.
- Liaise and maintain good relations with agents and shipping companies.
- Maintain container inventory control and container maintenance & repair.
- Other Administrative and ad-hoc duties if required.
**Requirements**:
- GCE O Levels / Nitec / Diploma in Logistics or related equivalent qualifications
- 2 to 3 years of experience in Logistics or Shipping experience preferably in a 3PL environment
- General knowledge on logistics and freight forwarding businesses
- Independent yet a good team player
