**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and track customer orders from booking through to delivery, ensuring that all steps are completed on time.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues related to delays, damages, or other disruptions in the supply chain.
- Provide updates and status reports to clients, proactively informing them of any potential delays or problems.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including warehouse, transportation, and operations, to ensure smooth logistics processes.
- Maintain accurate customer records and ensure that all orders, communications, and actions are properly documented in the system.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by following up on complaints and feedback to ensure a positive experience.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in customer service, preferably within the logistics or transportation industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with logistics software or customer service platforms is a plus.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
