**THE ROLE IN A NUTSHELL:
The Country Manager is responsible for transplanting the complete brand experience for the MOVE [REPEAT] owned studios of Yoga Movement (YM) and STRONG Pilates (STRONG) in their geographic area of management, supported by the Singapore-based HQ team. They will ensure protection of these brand and each of their touch points.

The Role will ultimately be responsible for the set up and operations of MOVE [REPEAT] brands... and bolster all future business development plans in their area as designated by the HQ team.

**THE SKILLS YOU’LL NEED
This job is for you if you have the following skill set;
- Willingness to permanently relocate to Kuala Lumpur - this is an on-site role in KL. Experience in and knowledge of the KL market is a major plus.
- A passion for yoga and the fitness industry, as well as all the other pillars that make up the "YM Life": food, coffee, music, art and great community
- At least 5 years experience in a leadership position managing a team of at least 10.
- Demonstrated experience in business management, strategy and impacting business performance
- Fluency in assessing financial statements, profit & loss and other data analysis
- A keen understanding of Brand and aesthetics
- Excellent organization and project management skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Highly trustworthy and passionate about hospitality, fitness and community
- Pre -opening experience within the service industry is a plus

Areas of Purview:
**RECRUITMENT, TRAINING & CULTURE
The Country Manager will be a beacon of energy and inspiration for our greater team, and will oversee the recruitment, onboarding and training of hires for new studio properties in line with YM & STRONG’s recruitment guidelines and training documentation. Ultimately, as studio expansion takes place, they will plan succession through team structure for Studio Managers and Teacher Managers.

They will work towards to securing a team that is well recruited, trained, remunerated, structured, cultured, inspired, and incentivised. The Country Manager will implement YM & STRONG’s systems for advancement, appraisal, performance reviews, milestone and goal setting, and compensation review recommendations.

Company culture is a huge part of ensuring our brands success. The Country Manager will help translate the Company’s culture and communicate it though functions like; team presentation, brand language and lingo, and ensuring a very positive yet relaxed demeanour for our front desk staff... we are confident (sometimes cocky), but we are polite, engaging, and fun. We have a keen knowledge of our services and products and speak to clients with absolute confidence on each. Drawing on support from, and regular in-market presence from the HQ team, the new market teams should feel like a natural extension of the YM & STRONG brands across borders.

**BUSINESS SET UP, OPERATIONS & THE PHYSICAL SPACE
New studio set ups are immense undertakings, and the Country Manager, with extensive guidance and support from the HQ team, will be the on-site presence coordinating new studio opening needs. They will liaise with selected third party contractors, consultants and creatives to execute project plans to HQ specifications, and provide quality control around timeline and output.

Once open, the Country Manager will ensure that the Operations team is working to plan and to brand, supporting the systems for customer service management and ensuring the standards dictated by the operations manual for the teaching and front desk teams are adhered to. This role requires a keen understanding of brand and operational service standards, ensuring the team is supported and empowered to deliver the YM and STRONG experiences.

The Country Manager will intimately understand reporting requirements across sales, revenue and attendance for each location and be able to speak with confidence on daily/monthly/annual results. They will work closely with the HQ team to review these results on a regular basis, and offer localised suggestions on marketing, promotional or training initiatives to maximize business results.

**MARKETING, CONTENT & CREATIVE, & PR**

MOVE [REPEAT] places huge importance on campaign material and a regular calendar of content. The content and visuals are key touch points of the YM & STRONG brands, serving as one of the first experiences a potential client will have with the business. The HQ Marketing team will oversee the production and delivery of these online and in-studio touchpoints, with any required localised content input sourced in-market.

To achieve this, the Country Manager is responsible for working with designated creatives to deliver specified content and photography to HQ to create localised YM & STRONG content and in-studio campaign material.
