**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**OWNING THE P&L**
- The Country Manager has full responsibility of the P&L in his country.
- She/he is directly responsible for financial and trade result delivery.
- She/he is also responsible for trade and marketing spending strategies, financial feasibility, planning and control in country.

**BUILDING & DELIVERING THE BUSINESS STRATEGY**
- Owns a deep knowledge & understanding of the 7Cs (Country, Category, Channels, Consumer, Customers, Competition, Company).
- Builds, owns and delivers the Sales & Marketing strategy for the market.
- Aligning and getting approval on the strategy from the SEA GM as well as from the APAC Team
- Sales planning and controlling.
- Route to market review and optimisation.
- Sharing country best practices, as well as getting and sharing with country the relevant best practices from other countries
- Execution of the agreed plans and initiatives.
- Sales, marketing and financial results analysis, reporting and presentations following the processes in place.

**BUILD A HIGH PERFORMING TEAM**
- Leads the team to collaborate and work together as one team to achieve the country plan while feeling empowered to be responsible for their individual functions.
- Understands performance standards for all functions and drives performance of support functions to meet business needs.
- Fosters entrepreneurialism by encouraging innovation, generating new and creative ideas from the team.
- Attracts and hires people who are the right culture and professional fit, have the right talent for the role, skills, and knowledge to deliver extraordinary results.

- Evaluates their direct reports in their roles and ensures a performance-based compensation in line with compensation philosophy.

**PRODUCT & BRAND KNOWLEDGE**
- Should have professional knowledge of company products: composition, characteristics and special features.
- Have complete understanding and shares in Red Bull values, knows brand history. Know the terms of product’s storage and transportation.

**EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS**:

- Previous experience in top management role (e.g.: Division Director, Commercial Director, Marketing Director)
- Track record of building motivated, collaborative and high performing teams
- Experience building premium brands via youth focussed consumer marketing and communications programs
- Experience working with and driving performance through Distribution Partners
- Genuine trade relationships and able to connect, work and negotiate at a top to top level with our Key Trade Channel Partners
- P&L responsibility, ideally Food & Beverage, Strong commercial acumen with an understanding of customer and distributor value chains, return on investment, profitability
- Clear understanding of markets, sales & distribution, competitor activity and consumer behaviour in a brand and FMCG context
- Walks the talk: takes total ownership, goes above & beyond and delivers the results
- Has both a white & blue collar working style; enjoys getting hands dirty/operational, whilst also developing and driving the strategy & vision; a leader who leads from the front
- Open to risk/experimenting with new ideas and approaches to grow the business; has a demonstratable track record of achieving success from taking calculated risks

**EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS**:

- Higher education (e.g.: General Business, Marketing, Economics )
