Our Client is a long established EMS provider offering a variety of services, including design and development, in-house mold making, plastic injection molding, PCB production and assembly, and full product assembly.

Their customers include those from consumer electronics, industrial and medical industries as well as the oil & gas sectors where precision of deep hole drilling and machining of exotic metal parts are critical.

There is an opening for a **Regional Technical Sales Manager**in Singapore to drive sales and build strong customer relationships in their Injection Molding Business Division.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Sales Leadership**:

- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets and expand markets.
- Cultivate relationships with key clients, understanding their technical needs and delivering effective solutions.
- **Technical Expertise**:

- Communicate product benefits and provide technical support based on deep knowledge of injection molding processes, materials, and technologies.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
- **Sales Process Management**:

- Manage the entire sales process, from lead generation to contract closure.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to ensure smooth sales and delivery.
- **Market Analysis**:

- Analyze the market to identify opportunities, threats, and trends.
- Use data to inform and adjust sales strategies.

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (Advanced degree preferred).
- Proven success in technical sales within the injection molding industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Thorough technical knowledge of injection molding processes, materials, and technologies.
- Focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams.
- Willingness to travel.
