**Job Description**:
Are you a HR Business Partner with solid generalist experience looking for an exciting role that enables you to make an impact in a changing organisation?

We are looking for a Senior Human Resources Partner to join our Global Human Resources team. You would be based in our Singapore and be the key HR point of contract for that office as well as Australia and our smaller SE Asia offices.

As an experienced member of the APAC HR team, you would work across the APAC region, and will be responsible for the development, implementation, and execution of commercial People practices.

You would work closely with HR Partner based in China as well as Divisional HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, HR Operations, Reward, Finance, Payroll, and the local management teams, you will be responsible for providing commercially focused HR services that:

- Are efficient and legally compliant
- Drive and enable successful business performance
- Support people through change
- Support and inspire individuals to reach their full potential
- Foster a high performing, inclusive culture

Business Partnering
- Work closely with Divisional HRBP team to translate corporate and functional People initiatives at a regional level
