operations to multiple locations in Singapore.
1Fiesta is seeking a dynamic and motivated Events Manager. This role offers hands-on experience in event planning, execution, and management, providing exposure to various aspects of the industry, including conceptualization, logistics, vendor coordination, and on-site event operations. The Events Manager will work closely with our experienced team to develop essential skills and gain valuable insights into the event management sector.
Specifc Responsibilities:
Assist in Fitness event conceptualization, planning, and execution.
Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and clients to ensure seamless event operations.
Support venue setup,
Manage campaigns and liaise with government agencies for Health promotional events.
Oversee graphic and 3D design services for event marketing materials.
Handle audio-visual rentals and ensure proper setup for events.
Assist in budgeting, scheduling, and logistics for events.
Provide on-site support during events, ensuring smooth operations.
Conduct post-event evaluations to assess success and areas for improvement.
Over the 6-month you will develop the following skills:
Event Planning & Management - Understanding the full lifecycle of Fitness event execution.
Project Coordination - Managing timelines, budgets, and stakeholder expectations.
Vendor & Client Liaison - Effective communication and negotiation skills.
Graphic Design - Exposure to design tools for event marketing.
Logistics & Operations - Hands-on experience in event setup and execution.
Audio-Visual Solutions - Understanding AV equipment setup and troubleshooting.
Fitness Booth Design, Stage Set-up & Fabrication - Learning Stage set-up for Fitness trainer and branding.
Marketing & Promotions - Managing campaigns and audience engagement.
Problem-Solving & Crisis Management - Handling unexpected challenges during events.
Team Collaboration & Leadership - Working with diverse teams to achieve event goals.
