An established futures brokerage is seeking a capable Business Manager to provide business management support to its Futures division in Singapore.
The role focuses on business performance monitoring, process improvement, and ensuring smooth coordination across functions to support the day-to-day operations and growth of the business. This is a strong career opportunity within a top-tier brokerage where you will gain exposure to front-to-back functions, partner closely with the desk, and play a key role in driving efficiency and business outcomes. In return, you will enjoy an attractive total remuneration of up to **S$150,000**, including variable bonus.
**Your responsibilities will include**:
- Assisting the Business Head in overseeing the daily management of the Futures Brokerage business.
- Preparing regular management reports on revenue, costs, and business performance.
- Supporting strategic initiatives such as new product approvals, market rollouts, or operational enhancements.
- Coordinating with stakeholders across Operations, Risk, Finance, and Compliance to ensure smooth business delivery and regulatory adherence.
- Assisting in budget preparation, cost tracking, and business planning activities.
- Supporting client-related initiatives, including onboarding processes and service improvements.
- Ensuring governance, control, and risk processes are followed across the business.
**You are required to have**:
- 5-8 years of experience in a Business Management/Client Service, COO office, or related role within Futures, Brokerage, or wider Capital Markets.
- Strong understanding of the Futures business and its front-to-back processes.
- Good commercial acumen, able to analyse performance data and provide insights.
- Proven ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders and functions.
- Strong organisational and communication skills, with the ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
