Milestone Systems is seeking a dynamic and experienced Key Account Manager to spearhead the management and development of strategic key account system integrator and reseller partners across the Asian region. This pivotal role involves driving business growth by nurturing existing relationships and establishing new partnerships, contributing significantly to the company's trajectory in the high-growth IP Video Surveillance market.
As the Key Account Manager for Asia, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Proactively drive business growth by cultivating strong relationships with current and potential key account system integrators and resellers across Asia.
- Serve as a key liaison in identifying, nurturing, and supporting top global partners within the Milestone Channel Partner Program. Collaborate closely with partners to facilitate their growth in the IP Video Surveillance business.
- Deepen relationships with key accounts, understanding their unique needs, challenges, and objectives. Work collaboratively to execute joint business plans aimed at mutual success.
- Strategically prioritize market segments and territories for partner outreach activities. Coordinate the deployment of resources and benefits to enhance partner traction and drive revenue growth.
- Reporting and Collaboration: Report directly to the Strategic Sales Director of APAC and maintain a high level of engagement with Milestone Field Sales resources. Collaborate effectively with internal teams to align partner activities with overarching company goals. Given the regional scope of the role, frequent travel throughout Asia is expected to meet with key accounts, attend industry events, and conduct partner training and development sessions.
- An MBA degree or equivalent experience operating at a strategic level.
- A minimum of 10 years’ experience in global channels or key account management, demonstrating a track record of success.
- Expertise in IT, security, and/or video surveillance industries is essential. Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.
- A strong business acumen coupled with a service-oriented mindset.
- Exceptional teamwork and interpersonal skills, with a passion for driving success and helping partners achieve their goals. The ability to strike a balance between structure and creativity, fostering an environment where partners can thrive within the Channel Partner Program.
