The HRBP will be the primary HR contact for managers within the APAC region and lead the local needs for onboarding/offboarding, development and change management, performance cycle, merit, and bonus cycle, in cooperation with the HR team globally.

**You Will**:

- Support Global TA team with recruiting APAC employees
- Manage local onboarding and offboarding, including: Contracts and offer letters, settlement agreements, exit interviews.
- Support Global HR team with cross-company projects such as Performance Management, Merit regulation, Bonus
- Support change management and development locally, including our global engagement survey and learning opportunities in Cooper Companies.
- Maintain HR processes and company policies from APAC perspective, making sure these are up-to-date according to local legislation
- Partner with managers in APAC and provide ad hoc HR support
- Ensure data in HR systems are up to date and provide reporting for HR management
- Perform additional responsibilities or assignments as directed by management.

**You Have**:

- HR and business-related education.
- Fluent in English and preferable Chinese/Japanese.
- 2+ years of HR experience.
- Professional interest in HR, business and cultural exchange is advantageous.
- Structured, flexible, and accommodating, service minded.
- Pass of background check which may include verification of prior employment, criminal conviction history, educational and driving records.
