Job Description
  • Provide strategic HR partnership to business leaders across the APAC region.
  • Develop and implement HR initiatives that align with business objectives.
  • Support talent acquisition, retention, and succession planning efforts.
  • Manage employee relations and ensure compliance with regional labour laws.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive organisational change projects.
  • Analyse HR metrics and provide actionable insights to leadership teams.
  • Oversee the implementation of performance management processes.
  • Act as a trusted advisor for HR matters within the APAC region.

The Successful Applicant
A successful APAC HRBP should have:
  • A background in human resources within the hotel industry or related sectors.
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices and employment laws across the APAC region, especially Singapore.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and influence decision-making.
  • Solid experience in recruitment, talent management, organisational development, and change management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A proactive and results-oriented approach to problem-solving.
