**Job Summary**
Perform timely and high-quality administrative support and other special tasks to President APAC, HRBP APAC and Finance Director, APAC.
**Essential Functions and Responsibilities**:
- Enable the management efficiency by providing calendar management, meeting coordination and travel arrangements.
- APAC Leadership Team meeting agenda preparation, take meeting minutes and key actions follow-up
- APAC Teammate Townhall arrangements - agenda topics coordination, speaker invitation, calendar invite actions, etc.
- Receive internal and external guests
- Project management support to the leaders this role supports, including scheduling, organization, minutes and follow-up. Participation in meeting, workshops, and other activities
- Ad hoc activities including Expense report/payment requests of President’s/APAC HRBP and APAC Finance Director’s Office, document filing, etc.
- Conduct basic market research for the medical device industry and provide summary to the team
- Singapore office admin work support and other tasks assigned by President
**Qualifications**
- At least 8 years working experience in related field in a multinational company, medical device or healthcare industry is preferred
- Strong ethics and commitment to company values and be a good team player
- Proficiency in both oral and writing in English and Chinese
- Proficiency in Microsoft office, including word, excel, ppt and outlook etc.
- Strong interpersonal and good communication skills and organizing skills
- Self-motivated individual with problem solving and learning skills
- Independent working capability and highly responsible, Can-do attitude, can work under high pressure
- Fluency in English is a must
- Speaking additional Asian languages such as Chinese, Japanese, or Korean is a plus
