**About this role**
This is the role for you if are you an inspirational Architect and design leader. Great architecture always starts with people. This is something that’s guided Arup for more than 50 years, based on our ethos of ‘Total Architecture’ - to shape a better world through spaces for people to experience and enjoy every day. In this role you will be working with the architecture leadership to deliver excellence in the execution of sustainable architecture, design and technologies through review and challenge processes

**What will I do?**
- Lead the drive for excellence in the delivery of projects, including the delivery of sustainable design and integration of sustainable technologies and circular economy principles.
- Lead and supervise design and project delivery throughout the architecture business
- Develop relationships and working closely with Arup infrastructure, buildings, and consulting colleagues to pursue new opportunities.
- Guide and mentor the work of the junior designers, and autonomously provide architectural coordination to all internal and external stakeholders.
- Provide project and bid support on the design components for our projects and manage successful commercial outcomes for major projects

**What will I bring?**
- A degree or masters in Architecture with at least 12 years of relevant experience in Architectural design and consulting.
- Registered with the Board of Architects (BOA) in Singapore
- Solid experience on diverse typologies of high-profile public buildings. Specific experience in rail transit architecture would be an advantage.
- Experience in transport and infrastructure projects preferred.
- A sound knowledge of the legislative, regulatory and code of practice in Singapore.
