DESIGNATION : Deputy Director (Bay East Project Office)

RESPONSIBILITIES

The Bay East Project Office is set up for the planning and development of the Bay East Garden, the focal point of which is the Founders' Memorial. As Deputy Director (Bay East Project Office), you will play a leading role in a multi-disciplinary project team to plan and execute the Bay East project development works. This includes the Bay East Garden and the surrounding infrastructure in support of the Founders’ Memorial and Bay East project. The role will involve working with stakeholders and relevant government authorities, putting up funding proposals, monitoring and managing development timeline and budget, as well as oversee the procurement and management of consultancy and works contracts.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Project Management, or other relevant field of study from a recognised university
- Minimum 12 years of relevant experience, preferably in large scale / complex development projects in the public sector, with hands-on project management
- Excellent analytical, communication and presentation skills
- A self-starter who thrives in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
