- Plan, implement and track the Architectural Monitoring Programme ensuring timely progress of activities in order to meet project completion deadlines
- Oversee and ensure high levels of safety, health and environment on site

- Collaborate with consultants and clients to resolve construction issues
- Conduct weekly progress and coordination meetings with Architects, M&E and subcontractors to ensure timely progress of planned Architectural Site Works
- Lead a team of Architectural Supervisors and Foremen in the implementation of Architectural works on site to ensure timely progress of planned Architectural Site Works
- Adherence to safety practices in the work place

**Job Requirements**:

- Minimum diploma or degree in Architecture
- Minimum 10 years of Architectural production work scope
- Registered Architect in Singapore
- Comfortable working within a fast-changing environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skils
