The Office of Student Life is looking for a suitable person to undertake the full-time, live-in role of a Residential Life Coordinator to enhance the quality and vibrancy of hostel life experience for students at SUTD.

Guidance will be provided on the job, with broad responsibilities that include:

- Conducting leadership and similar courses for students, including but not limited to residents
- Investigating hostel-related offences
- Managing student incidents and offer pastoral care
- Providing logístical and manpower support for hostel activities and department/University events
- Responding to student enquiries, create forms, and compile attendance/feedback for hostel events

**Requirements**:

- Reside full-time on campus accommodation
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- Relevant experience of at least 2 years in conducting training, facilitating discussions and mentoring/coaching students
- Some exposure to investigation work and disciplinary cases will be advantageous
- A strong command of written and spoken English
- Proficiency in MS Office suite, Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator, Photography/Videography
- Demonstrated ability and interest in working with tertiary students and diverse stakeholders
- Self-driven, meticulous and organized
- Excellent team player
