**Responsibilities**:
**Media**:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive media strategy that aligns with the organization's goals and objectives;
- Lead and managed a team of media professionals, including videographers, photographers, editors, and graphic designers, ensuring high-quality content creation;
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify media needs and opportunities, including marketing campaigns, social media content, website updates, and promotional materials;
- Oversee the production of multimedia assets, including videos, photos, graphics, and other marketing collateral;
- Monitor industry trends and digital media advancements to ensure the organization remains current and innovative in its media efforts;
- Manage media budgets, negotiate contracts, and collaborate with external vendors and agencies, as needed;
- Track and analyze the performance of media campaigns and initiatives, providing strategic recommendations for improvement;
**Parkour**:

- Develop and execute the parkour program, ensuring its alignment with the organization's mission and values;
- Coordinate and supervise parkour instructors and staff, providing training, guidance, and support;
- Implement safety protocols and ensure a safe and inclusive environment for participants;
- Plan and schedule parkour classes, workshops, and events, considering participants' age, skill level, and interests;
- Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of parkour equipment and facilities, ensuring they meet safety standards;
- Foster a positive and supportive atmosphere that encourages skill development, creativity, and community engagement;
- Stay updated on parkour industry trends, techniques, and safety practices, implementing best practices within the program;
- Collaborate with other departments to integrate parkour initiatives into wider organizational strategies and events;

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in media production, sports management, communications, or a related field;
- Proven experience in media production, including videography, photography, editing, and graphic design;
- Strong knowledge and understanding of digital media platforms, social media trends, and content creation;
- Experience in managing parkour programs, including curriculum development, instructor supervision, and event planning;
- Excellent leadership skills to inspire and manage a team, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment;
- Strong organizational and project management abilities, with a keen attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and collaborate with diverse stakeholders;
- Knowledge of parkour techniques, principles, and safety practices is preferred but not required;
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite or other relevant media production software is a plus;
- A passion for media production, parkour, and promoting physical fitness and creative expression;
- This is a full-time position, and flexibility in working hours may be required to accommodate media production schedules, parkour classes, and events;
