**About the Role**

We are seeking for a self-starter in Social Media to join our team at IEH Pte Ltd. As a Social Media specialist, you will play an integral role in shaping the development and implementation of our social media strategy and engagement with external parties.

**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Plan and implement a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with the company's overall goals and objectives
- Create and curate engaging content for the company's social media accounts
- Monitor and assess the effectiveness of our media postings and provide suggestions to optimize its reach
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to create and execute best-in-class social media campaigns
- Workplace Safety & Health knowledge preferred but not mandatory
- Graphic/Creative design knowledge and experience is advantageous

**Requirements**:

- Keen interest in developing a career in social media marketing and/or content creation
- Team player but yet able to work independently
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to adapt to dynamic work environment
- Fresh graduates from any tertiary institutes with interest in Social Media
- Basic understanding of Public Communications and Marketing
- Knowledge of Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) is preferred
- Graphic/Creative design knowledge and experience is advantageous

**Employment Status**

Starting off as a 6 months contract role
