We are seeking a passionate and creative Social Media Executive to join our social media management team and help us further our online presence and engage with our audience across various social media platforms.
As a Social Media Executive, you will be responsible for creating, curating, and managing content for our social media platforms to increase our brand awareness, engage with our audience, and drive customer acquisition. You will play a crucial role in executing our social media strategy and enhancing our online presence.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Content Creation: Develop engaging and relevant written content for social media platforms, focused more on LinkedIn.
- Content Scheduling: Plan and schedule social media posts to maintain a consistent and active online presence.
- Audience Engagement: Respond to comments, messages, and engage with the audience
- Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze the performance of social media campaigns and create reports with key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Trend Analysis: Stay updated with industry trends and social media best practices to incorporate them into the strategy.
- Paid Advertising: Manage and optimize social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation and ad creative.
- Social Media Strategy: Collaborate with the wider team to develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with the client’s goals.
- Competitor Analysis: Conduct competitive analysis to identify opportunities and stay ahead in the social media landscape.
- Collaboration: Coordinate with graphic designers, account managers and other team members to create cohesive and effective social media content.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in social media management, community management or short form writing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in using social media management tools and analytics platforms.
- Strong creative and strategic thinking abilities.
- Knowledge of social media advertising platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads) is a plus.
- Familiarity with SEO and content marketing principles.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Passion for staying up-to-date with the latest social media trends and technologies.
