We are looking for an exceptional Head of Social Media / Social Media Manager to join us and build Mitrade’s social media presence

From awareness to conversion, sceptic to advocate - you will be involved in creating and shaping our social media presence to enable our business growth at every step of the journey

As an online trading platform, Mitrade sees social media as a key integral pillar to enhance our business growth, acquire customers, engage our audience and build our presence, and not just as a “supplement” to other forms of “physical” marketing and branding.
- Developing and implementing comprehensive social media strategies that align with, and help drive, the company's overall business growth, branding and marketing objectives. This includes developing a framework to drive social content optimization across the various social media channels, as well as planning and driving the social media team’s campaign calendar
- Building and managing Mitrade’s social media profile and presence on Youtube, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and any additional channels that may be deemed relevant.
- Creating and implementing social media campaigns, as well as crafting and curating a constant stream of high quality, novel and shareable content (written and visual) for our social media platforms to drive traffic, audience engagement and customer acquisition.
- Collaborating with internal teams to execute best-in-class (viral) social media campaigns, including developing content and managing promotions on our social media channels.
- Identifying, measuring, tracking and analyzing social media performance metrics and data to measure the success of social media campaigns (ROI / KPIs), using the data to form and draw hypothesis, and adjusting strategies accordingly to drive innovation and business growth
- Monitoring and engaging in relevant social media channel discussions about Mitrade. This will include seeding content and discussion with our audience in order to keep them active and connected, and potentially driving conversion.
- Developing, implementing and upholding Mitrade’s branding guidelines and standards across all our social media platforms. This includes collaborating with other departments, such as marketing, design, and PR, to ensure consistency in branding and messaging across all channels.
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends, techniques, platforms and best practices to continually improve the company's social media and branding efforts (ensuring that it continues to stay relevant and effective), and finding new and better ways of engaging and converting our audience.
- Building relationships with external partners and stakeholders to expand the reach and impact of the company's brand.
- Providing documented user feedback to internal stakeholders

**Requirements**:

- At least 3 years of relevant professional experience (background in Fintech or Tech sector is preferred)
- Proven experience using social media to build brands and generate organic engagement leading to measurable and demonstrable business growth
- An exceptional storyteller with a proven ability to craft compelling narratives that fits the medium of social media
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in both English and Chinese - having to work with stakeholders in our offices in Australia, UK, Cyprus and Hong Kong
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Able to think outside the box and create unique and innovative strategies
- A strong understanding of social media trends
