**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**
- To provide administrative supports to Sales Teams & Sales Activities.
- To attend to customer's enquiries.
- To manage customer database and orders in SAP System
- Assist in generating monthly reports to management
- On-the-job training provided
- Any other duties as assigned by the Reporting Manager
**Requirements**:
- At least Diploma and above or equivalent
- Meticulous sense of responsibilities and good working attitude & follow up skills
- Good interpersonal skills and be able to work in fast paced environment
- Basic Microsoft Office skills is required
