**Admin Support in East Area (Bedok)**
**Job Description**:
- Interact with customers pertaining to enquiries and follow-up actions
- Working with a team of sales and after service staff, Engineers, Technicians
- To maintain data base of customers, updating records and information
- To source parts, prepare quotation, work order and invoices
- Make schedule, follow up and call back to customers where necessary
- Follow up servicing contract with the customer
- Any other related duties as required.
Job Requirements
- Able to communicate English & Mandarin (In order to liaise with English &
Chinese speaking associates)
- Responsible, Hardworking and trustworthy
