**Admin (Account Support)**
We are looking for an **Admin (Account Support) **who is capable and enthusiastic about a role that requires proactive communication skills, good office management capabilities, and an appetite for teamwork, working with managers in supporting the business.
As the **Admin (Account Support) **, you are responsible for the daily commercial and administrative duties of the business and supporting the account team with bookkeeping requirements. Reporting to the Managing Director / Business Manager, you will also be assisting in the administrative operations of the business, handling confidential and time-sensitive materials. This role will provide a great stepping stone in your career, you will gain valuable knowledge and skills as you build towards a more Financial or Business Management role.

**Admin Support**:
- Administer software, systems management, and ERP integrations
- Support process improvement, internal control policies, compliance, and statutory matters
- Coordinate with outsourced service providers and agents
- Handle S&P Contracts and Documentation for Imports, Exports, and Shipments
- Manage HR records, Employee leave, welfare, and policies, onboarding/offboarding process
- Prepare fixed asset addition and disposal schedules and any other ad-hoc reporting
**Account Support**:
- Maintain Account Payables and Receivables
- Generate monthly and quarterly Management Reports
- Facilitate quarterly GST submission and year-end Auditing
- Manage day-to-day functions: Bookkeeping, Invoicing, Payments, Ledgers, Cash Flow, Bank Recon, etc

**Education**:
- Any tertiary education (local or overseas) preferred.
