**What the role is**
- Administrative Manager
**What you will be working on**
- Your duties will include people development, human resource management, employee engagement, corporate communications, management planning, championing good corporate governance practices and payment procedures. You will be involved in HR processes, performance management, manpower planning, training and development for the Group, budget planning and control, corporate initiatives such as business continuity planning, and provide relevant support for WOG-related and organisation-related matters. You will also be involved in the planning and organisation of Group activities and be tasked to coordinate and provide support in any other administrative matters. Your work will require you to liaise with both internal and external stakeholders, as well as with vendors, suppliers and service providers.

- Methodical, meticulous attention to details, possess strong analytical, organisation and decision-making skills.
- Good communication and writing skills, and acute sensitivity to deadlines.
