Position Overview: As a Senior Sales Executive/Team Lead, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, driving revenue growth, and leading a team of Sales Representatives. You will have a minimum of 1-2 years of inside sales management or supervisory experience, with a strong background in telephone and internet-based sales.
Your role will involve building, training, managing, growing, and developing the Inside Sales Representative team to exceed sales objectives and provide high-quality customer service. With your proven track record of successful selling and management, you will play a pivotal role in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Lead and manage a team of Sales Representatives, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure sales objectives are exceeded and high-quality customer service is delivered.
- Generate new business opportunities and drive revenue growth within the Singapore market.
- Build and manage an active pipeline through the sales cycle, providing accurate monthly revenue forecasting.
- Develop and implement strategies to effectively generate self-generated sales opportunities through outbound channels, sales tools, and strategies.
- Manage and coordinate communication between Dotdigital and client stakeholders, ensuring client expectations are met throughout the sales process and post-sales handover.
- Track all activity in the CRM and related tools, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
- Respond to prospects' requests for face-to-face meetings, RFIs, and RFPs by preparing high-quality sales documents and presentations.
- Qualify sales-ready leads accurately and in a timely manner, progressing them into sales opportunities or disqualifying if they do not meet necessary criteria.
- Conduct a consistently high number of high-quality product demonstrations.
- Develop and maintain a deep knowledge of Dotdigital platform features, industry trends, pricing plans, and service portfolio to effectively sell the right solution to new customers.
- Continually enhance your marketing technology industry knowledge and demonstrate commercial understanding.
**Skills and Experience**:
- 5+ years of B2B sales experience (Martech/SaaS preferred) and a proven track record of identifying clients and closing sales.
- Minimum 1-2 years of inside sales management or supervisory experience preferred, with a strong background in telephone and internet-based sales.
- Demonstrated experience in building, training, managing, growing, and developing an Sales Representative team.
- Skilled motivator with a proven ability to coach and develop sales staff to exceed sales objectives and provide high-quality customer service.
- Proven track record of successful selling and management.
- Unmatched consultative selling and closing skills.
- Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Possess strong negotiation skills and proven ability to effectively close leads.
- Self-motivated, persistent, and goal-oriented attitude and can work effectively as an individual or as part of a team.
- While not mandatory, formal sales training or certifications would be advantageous and demonstrate your commitment to professional development and growth.
- Track record of being a high performer (e.g., over quota, President's Club).
- Fluency in English required, and local dialects preferred.
- Working rights in Singapore.
