We have aggressive business expansion plans and are looking for motivated individuals to join our consulting team in business analyst, associate consultant, consultant, and senior consultant roles. Individuals joining us will get a rounded exposure through opportunities to work both on consulting projects as well as technology development and implementation, travel across geographies, interaction with senior members, and collaborative work culture.

**Responsibilities**:
**Sales support**
- Create and maintain a client list
- Support Senior managers in closing sales deals
- Manage sales pipeline, carry out a monthly sales review meeting and keep the pipeline up to date
- Support senior management in creating proposals
- Prepare, review and manage NDAs and contracts
- Invoice creation, follow ups and closure
- Follow up on contracts and Purchase orders from the client
- Find opportunities to participate in events relevant for the company
**Post sales services**
- Train clients on our platform (a full training will be provided to the employee before starting this aspect of the job), the employee will also be expected to train by themselves during free time to prepare for this task
- Answer client queries
- Consolidate responses from different functions to ensure that the client queries are addressed
**Online marketing support**
- Design and manage communications and social media especially for LinkedIn
- Inform and encourage company employees to share the company content through their accounts

**Requirements**:

- Currently based in and eligible to work in Singapore
- University degree; preferably related either to life sciences or computer sciences
- Sales experience in the life sciences industry (pharmaceuticals, medical devices, CHC)
- Experience in Sales Force Effectiveness (within life sciences), preferable
- Experience in sales support process and managing sales pipeline
- Experience in software solutions, preferable
- Experience in sales account management
- Experience in a start-up environment
- Fluent in English, Any other added language will be preferable
- Good presentation skills
- Good level of PowerPoint skills
- Ability to interact with senior executives; gravitas
- From 5 - 10 years of professional experience
