**Job Summary**:
**Sales Development Representative, ASEAN**:
The Sales Development Representative, will have ownership of all elements of bookings growth and account development within their targeted strategic accounts. This includes discovering and developing new opportunities, managing pipeline, executing account strategies, and managing customer expansion. The Sales Development Rep must be quota-driven, strategically focused and be focused on introducing and broadening Rubrik’s presence within targeted accounts at all levels while working with Systems Engineers, Sales Development, Channel Development and Rubrik Partners to exceed sales objectives. This position will manage all aspects of the sales process and will play an integral role in the success of the overall sales team.
Rubrik’s Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) form the core of our ambitious go to market strategy and revenue growth engine. Using their intellect to understand potential customers (prospects), SDRs drive value beyond expectations every day by helping clients gain insights into their business. The SDR position teaches All-Star talent what it takes to be successful in the highly lucrative world of enterprise technology. **Experience You’ll Need**:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 1-2 years of B2B sales and/or lead generation experience
- Proven “Hunter” -strategic methodology and passionate about selling
- Interest and ability to learn technical concepts quickly
- Tenure in region
- strong rolodex of customers, channels and tech partners
- Desire for a successful career in sales/business development
- EQ: Self-aware, hard-working, personable and humble
