
Admin Assistant/receptionist @ Kallang 1 Year

Working Days: Monday to Friday
Working Hours: Office Hours
**Salary**: Up to $2,950 per month
**Responsibilities**:
- Perform administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and document preparation.
- Manage office-related paperwork such as purchase orders, delivery orders, and invoices.
- Procure and maintain office supplies.
- Update the office expenditure list.
- Maintain an inventory of equipment and assess the need for new equipment.
- Supervise and inspect contractors' work, such as security and cleaning services.
- Oversee the maintenance of office facilities, including CCTV systems, AV equipment, fire extinguishers, furniture, and other office properties.
- Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate parties.
- Handle and deliver messages promptly.
- Greet and guide visitors to meeting rooms.
- Ensure compliance with safe distancing measures prescribed by the Ministry of Manpower (MOM).
- Handle all mail and courier deliveries, including international shipments.
- Assist in booking and arranging conference calls when needed.
- Coordinate with travel and hotel providers as required.
- Maintain confidentiality and adapt to ambiguous situations.
- Back-up for Admin Manager
- Any other ad hoc duties as assigned by the Admin Manager
Requirement:
- At least a Higher Secondary / Pre-U/A level/College/Professional certificate or equivalent
- At least 3 year(s) working experience in a similar field
- Preferably junior executives specializing in clerical / administrative support or equivalent
- Have good phone etiquette, anticipation, analytical skills, with problem solving aptitude.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken in English
