**About the role**

**Are you ready to take on a leadership role where you can combine business development with operational excellence? As a Director/Deputy Director (Strata Management) at Knight Frank, you'll be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of properties, leading a team, and driving operational efficiency. You'll work closely with on-site managers, stakeholders, and clients to ensure smooth operations while growing our portfolio through business development initiatives. This role offers the perfect blend of strategic oversight and hands-on leadership.**

**What you will be doing**:
**Managing a portfolio of properties, including but not limited to residential and mixed-development projects, focusing on smooth operations and high performance.**Building strong client relationships, staying attuned to their evolving needs, and delivering exceptional service to ensure satisfaction and retention.**Driving business development and growth strategies by identifying new opportunities, tendering for projects, expanding the portfolio, and exploring new ventures to contribute to the company’s long-term success.**Leading and guiding both the headquarter support team and on-site managers to enhance operational efficiency across properties.**Chairing Annual General Meetings (AGMs), and overseeing their smooth execution.**Strategically allocating manpower and resources to adapt to changing business demands and maintain high performance across all teams.**

**We’re looking for someone who’s**:
**Experienced, with at least 10 years in property management and 5 years leading teams, capable of managing both people and operations efficiently.**Knowledgeable about local codes of practice, the Building Maintenance and Strata Management Act (BMSMA), and relevant laws.**A strategic thinker with a problem-solving mindset, skilled at identifying growth opportunities and navigating challenges.**A strong communicator with excellent presentation skills, able to gain stakeholder buy-in and effectively convey ideas.**Proactive, organized, and able to lead multi-disciplinary projects while maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.**Qualified with a diploma or higher in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical), Real Estate/Facility Management, or a related discipline.**
