Technical Director

**Job Role**:

- Responsible for the technical delivery, quality and client management for projects assigned.
- Lead and supervise technical teams across multiple projects
- Ensure all technical aspects align with project goals, deadlines, and budgets
- Work closely with directors, engineers, designers, and other stakeholders to meet project requirements
- Set design criteria, check design calculation and drawings, agree on design concepts with Division Director
- Assist with the preparation of fee proposals and assist in the company’s business development initiatives.
- Prepare and monitor cost and quantity estimates
- Control scope of work in relation to fee
- Prepare design reports at all design stages from concept to construction documentation
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness of all works carried out by the Team
- Ensure high-quality output and troubleshoot issues with technical components
- Manage all correspondence, including reports, technical specifications, and other documents related to assigned projects.
- Attend design/site meetings, including all other important meetings with Architects, Clients and Authorities
- Gudie, mentor and provide training on new technologies and tools for team members
- Ensure all technical aspects comply with industry standards, safety regulations, and ISO quality procedures

**Job Requirement**
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
- At least 10-15 years of experience in a technical field, with 5-8 years in a leadership or management role
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage and coordinate a diverse team of stakeholders
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a keen attention to detail
- Proven ability to work under tight deadlines

Pay: $4,000.00 - $9,000.00 per month
