**Role Summary**

The Relationship Manager should be adept in cashflow modelling, financial analysis, strong understanding of working capital requirements. This is an opportunity for a highly motivated individual to excel in a fast-paced environment to meet individual target and contribute towards team goals.

**Responsibilities**
- Perform cashflow analysis and financial modelling in the structuring of corporate finance deals.
- Understand business cashflow needs and structure corporate finance &/ trade finance to bridge financing gaps.
- Liaise with the companies on their financing requirements and preparation of financing and security documents.
- Able to complete full credit submission and approval. In addition, adequate knowledge, and experience co-ordinating post acceptance activities.
- Build rapport and engage clients to ensure prompt follow-up of all sales leads.
- Conduct due diligence with a familiarity in KYC/AML onboarding of new clients.
- Co-ordinate with lawyers for facility and security documentation, where needed.
- Account monitoring of facilities for repayment, maturity, roll-over, etc.
- Updating and maintaining the CRM system and any other periodic reporting and administrative matters.
- Carry out marketing activities to generate sales lead, for example, arranging networking events, roadshows, referrals, etc.
- Preparation of supporting marketing materials for deal launches in collaboration with marketing and distribution/sales team.
- To assist with various business initiatives that may be required to propel the business forward.

**Requirements**:

- Degree holder in banking, finance, accountancy, business administration or any other related discipline.
- At least 5 to 7 years of relevant experience in banking, finance industry and/or with a leading financial institution related to financing/advisory work.
- Experienced in structured financing with good grasp of quantitative analysis skills.
- A flair for sales and a go-getter, proven track record of deals closure and can work independently in fast-paced environment.
- Ability to engage clients with effective presentation skills and possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
