Sales & Marketing Manager, Southeast Asia

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for Sales and Marketing business in Southeast Asia market and region.
- Plan, lead and execute all web, SEO, SEM, marketing database, social media, and e-commerce platform across Southeast Asia to effectively expand our customers outreach on social media.
- Devise and implement digital marketing timelines and budgets.
- Provide accurate forecast for annual, quarterly, and monthly sales revenue and generate sales report.
- Intercompany travel throughout area as and when required.
- Build rapport and maintain existing relationships with existing/new client and developer.
- Must have a strong level of relevant industry knowledge to have conversations with client or developer.
- Involve in the sales and marketing activities as to handle in sales planning for launch of new/existing product/course and product/course development, be it local or other countries.
- Lead the sales and marketing team on strategy formulation, partnership, and branding for offline and online marketing channel.
- Strategize with COO to set business directions and execute marketing plans to drive sales.
- To achieve KPI assign by the management.
- Ad-hoc duties as and when required.

**Job Requirements**:

- Degree in Marketing, Mass Communications, or similar relevant field.
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience.
- Knowledge of web analytics tools.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Creative writing skills for English and Chinese content.
- Possess analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to travel overseas for work-related business trip when required.
- Effectively bilingual in English and the Chinese Language (to maintain and develop relationships with English and Chinese speaking key client and partnership.)
