Lead Development Representative

The role is hybrid with flexible working arrangements.

**Focus Areas**
- Data Management associated with Marketing or Sales generated leads in Salesforce.
- Identifying high-value “Inquiries” (leads in Salesforce that have not yet become AQLs) and updating their contact information.
- Performing account research and documenting that information to help improve the relevance of outreach to specific target Accounts and Leads.
- Nurturing high-value leads by contacting them and providing them with additional resources or marketing materials.
- Identifying net new leads and contacting them to gauge interest in receiving marketing materials Participating in SDR/Marketing lead outreach activities when needed.

**Preferred** experience & skills**
- Previous experience in a customer-facing or sales role is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field is highly desirable
- Experience using a CRM system, ideally Salesforce
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (including skills over the phone)
- Fluency in English; knowledge of local languages would be an advantage
