Get to know the Role:
Talent Acquisition Operations Specialist is an exciting new role that sits under the new People Experience team, whose mandate is to ensure that we scale our processes and employee experiences as we grow the company.

The role will focus on operationalizing our TA processes and finding innovative ways to scale them while ensuring that the employee experience is at the forefront. You will also own processes as a process owner responsible for the day to day operations.

As a result, you will often be the face of Pops (People Operations) and seen as a respected advisor, a friendly face with a reputation for your passion in serving our employees and managers.

The day-to-day activities:
Rest assured your days at Grab will never be mundane, considering the growth we’ve had. As a critical member of the People Experience team, your responsibilities will include some, if not all of the following:

- Support the short and long term plans for the TA Operations team global operational systems, tools and processes across the organization- Assist with evolving existing ways of working with industry best practices through anchoring strategies, project plans and change management
- Partner with the Pops Reporting & Analytics team to design comprehensive reporting and metrics that provide timely and valuable information
- Reducing risk and protecting the company’s reputation by prioritizing regulatory compliance, data integrity, and audits in the recruiting practices
- Evolve our policy, risk and controls capabilities so that we maintain compliance with jurisdictional requirements
- Partner closely with adjacent functional partners to develop and manage system and process improvements that align with evolving business needs, deliver results and enable us to grow
- Help build and execute evolving recruitment processes to include enabling equitable hiring and internal movement practices- Identify and launch new tools and systems as needed including training the team on functionality and usage
- Develop and provide ongoing training/change management for TA team

The must haves:
The People experience analyst is an important role and to be successful, we are looking for someone with a pleasant personality who has:

- Lean Six Sigma Green or Yellow Belt with an interest in Human Resources or operations
- 3 - 5 years of experience in business operations & process excellence
- Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time while working towards a common goal
- Strong communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively with senior leaders
- Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and independently
- Ability to diagnose problems, identify and drive appropriate solutions
- Innovating new solutions to help scale existing processes, policy and technology
- Ability to understand the need and use of data in driving decision making and outlining a roadmap of deliverables
- Understanding of change management principles and has driven change management and training activities successfully
- Great presentation skills and ability to engage audiences
- Familiarity with labour regulations in South East Asian countries
