Job Title: Business Process Excellence Specialist

 

Job Description:

As a Business Process Excellence Specialist, you will play a critical role in driving business improvement initiatives across the organization. Your primary responsibility will be to analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement, recommending process changes that enhance efficiency, productivity, and quality.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review product specifications and functional requirements to identify gaps in business processes and recommend improvements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to assess processes, determine needs, and develop recommendations for business process improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and industry best practices.
  • Organize and participate in meetings or workshops with stakeholders to understand business requirements and support the business.
  • Work with stakeholders to prepare and document business requirements, conduct walkthroughs, reviews, and sign-offs on stakeholder requirements.
  • Assess the feasibility, benefits, and risks of new solutions; recommend process improvements and ensure solutions align with business needs.
  • Define test scope and formulate test plans, participate in user acceptance testing, and update test results.
  • Prepare user guides and conduct training to operational users on any new deployment.

 

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Degree in Information Technology or Business Systems.
  • Minimum 2 to 5 years of working experience in business analysis and user acceptance testing in a related domain.
  • Candidates with working experience in operations and processing can be considered.
  • Business Analysis skill in delivering requirement processes.
  • Project management skill in executing and managing user acceptance testing.
  • Proactive, resourceful, and effective facilitator with the ability to engage stakeholders.
  • Self-managing, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, detail-oriented, and capable of delivering high-quality work.
  • Excellent oral and written communication, including listening and dispute resolution skills.
  • Strong multi-tasking skills and ability to perform under pressure.
