The Process Excellence Specialist is a key role in ensuring the quality of our products and services.

Job Description

The successful candidate will report directly to the Manager, Quality Assurance & Engineering and undertake duties assigned in the proper performance of employment. The primary focus will be on process control measures, internal audits, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform review/gap analysis on customer's specifications of chemical processes with adequate process control measures
  • Conduct quarterly internal audits to ensure process compliance according to plating specifications
  • Actively involve in new process setup buy-off and qualification program
  • Involve in quality issues investigations troubleshooting root cause analysis and corrective action implementation
  • Translate customers' specifications to Work Instructions/SOPs
  • Maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) of the company
  • Perform internal audits to ensure process product and system comply with requirements
  • Trigger process improvement in terms of better quality more stable process improve productivity reduce cycle time etc
  • Provide training to operators inspectors and executive staff continuously to achieve team or Company's objective
