Responsibiltiies
- Prepare payments for portfolio companies
- Handle full AP, AR and account analysis
- Review monthly and quarterly financial work papers for portfolio companies/ SPV
- Review quarterly and year-end balance sheet and disclosures
- Monitor cash flows and cash balances
- Ensure portfolio is in compliance with loan covenant
- Provide active support from finance perspective during investment transactions
- Set up entities, arrange for necessary corporate documents
- Prepare budget forecast
- Other ad-hoc responsibilities

**Qualifications**:

- At least 3 years experience in Real Estate Fund Accounting
- Hedge Fund or Private Equity experience will be considered.
