Overview
Our client is a global leader in Corporate Services and is seeking an AVP- Fund Reporting - Real Estate Funds.
Responsibilities
Review monthly/ quarterly financial reports and valuations such as NAV/ Cash analysis
Provide support for deal acquisition and management in accounting and reporting functions
Help the team lead with asset sales, including preparing fund flows and working with tax teams, and support the portfolio deal management in accounting and reporting
Review monthly reports, check quarterly valuations (NAV, debt, and cash), and track liquidity and cash regularly
Work closely with internal teams such as legal and tax to ensure smooth flow of deliverables
Be involved in projects such as process improvement initiatives to improve workflow
Qualifications / Eligibility
Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in an accounting function in financial services, with preference for Private Equity/ Real Estate funds background
Chartered Accountant or bachelor’s degree in accounting is essential
Candidates directly from Big 4 accounting firms with experience in auditing financial services/ Real estate may apply
Strong stakeholder / vendor management skills with the ability to work with members of different departments
Strong attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and work independently in a high-pressure environment
Japanese/ Korean speaking skills are desirable (not essential) to liaise with stakeholders based in Japan/ Korea
