Overview

Our client is a global leader in Corporate Services and is seeking an AVP- Fund Reporting - Real Estate Funds.

Responsibilities
  • Review monthly/ quarterly financial reports and valuations such as NAV/ Cash analysis
  • Provide support for deal acquisition and management in accounting and reporting functions
  • Help the team lead with asset sales, including preparing fund flows and working with tax teams, and support the portfolio deal management in accounting and reporting
  • Review monthly reports, check quarterly valuations (NAV, debt, and cash), and track liquidity and cash regularly
  • Work closely with internal teams such as legal and tax to ensure smooth flow of deliverables
  • Be involved in projects such as process improvement initiatives to improve workflow
Qualifications / Eligibility
  • Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in an accounting function in financial services, with preference for Private Equity/ Real Estate funds background
  • Chartered Accountant or bachelor's degree in accounting is essential
  • Candidates directly from Big 4 accounting firms with experience in auditing financial services/ Real estate may apply
  • Strong stakeholder / vendor management skills with the ability to work with members of different departments
  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and work independently in a high-pressure environment
  • Japanese/ Korean speaking skills are desirable (not essential) to liaise with stakeholders based in Japan/ Korea
