- Yan Ni Toh- Recruiter Our client is a leading global real estate investment manager with a diversified real estate asset class and a strong Asia presence. They are looking to hire a Finance Manager to join their Finance team.

Description:

- Oversee the management of the Private Investment Portfolio for the organization across the Asia Pacific region, encompassing real estate holdings and diverse investment alternatives.
- Conduct detailed analysis on monthly and quarterly variances.
- Execute the consolidation and closure procedures for monthly accounts.
- Generate comprehensive management financial reports.
- Collaborate with fund managers, addressing finance-related aspects such as monthly accounts, cashflow projections, quarterly forecasts, and annual budgets.
- Prepare consolidated management accounts for both the organization and fund manager reporting on a monthly and quarterly basis.
- Facilitate the coordination, preparation, and consolidation of quarterly forecasts and annual budgets for the investment funds.
- Oversee Treasury and cash management activities.
- Provide supervision and guidance to junior staff.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 6 years of relevant finance experience with Chartered Accountant (CA) or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification.
- Proficiency in consolidated and statutory reporting
- Experienced in Waterfall calculation, Net asset values calculations, Yields, Distributions and other fund accounting.
- Experienced in Private equity real estate funds.
- Great interpersonal and communication skills.
- Familiar with advanced computer software, including Excel and other accounting software such as SAP.
