We’re searching for a **Director** to be part of our **Quality** Department diverse team of talent. You will drive the Digital Transformation roadmap, lead in the development of strategies and projects, build and train a team with statistical and data analysis skills to support the business needs.

**What you will be working on**:

- Drive the Digital Transformation strategy and maturity roadmap to improve operational, business and customer excellence
- Drive accountability by ensuring high quality monitoring, analysis, and continuous improvement of KPIs
- Lead and develop strategies and projects (DMAIC projects) to identify new operational and business improvement opportunities and achieve targeted improvements, bringing together cross functional teams across the organization to support decision-making
- Build and train a team with statistical methods, modelling, analytical methodologies, and data analysis skills to support the business
- Facilitate workshops for process mapping, idea generation, root cause analysis or others based on project needs
- Ability to leverage technical expertise and relationships to contribute to strategy and drive business results
- Responsible for Department's resources and budgeting

**More About You**:

- PHD/Master/ Degree in Engineering, Data Analytics/Statistics or Quantitative field
- Min 15 years of relevant experience in Semiconductor Industry
- Min 10 years in a managerial position
- Experience in Process Integration or Product Engineering will be an addd advantage
- Proven ability to build effective relationships in the Company and with customers
- Be an enthusiastic driver of continual process improvement and business excellence frameworks
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Analytical thinker and problem solver
