Lead Management Executive

**Primary Roles & Responsibilities**
- Lead Management:
a. Handling sales inquiries (via various channels)

i) Track and follow up on all received leads.

ii) Ensure successful closure of sales.

iii) Prepare reports for management on lost sales using

provided template.

iv) Perform basic analysis of collected and closed leads.

b. Addressing Complaints:
i) Assist stores in responding to complaints after conducting

investigations.

ii) Generate a complaint tracking form (using template) and

identify root causes.

2. Organize Monthly Online Contests:
i) Help with packing goodie bags when necessary.

ii) Communicate with participants for prize collection.

iii) Maintain proper documentation and filing of prize/voucher

forms.

3. Share Monthly Promotional Posts Online:
i) Additionally, assist with extra posts upon request.

ii) Occasionally aid in selecting products/services for social media

features.

4. Coordinate and follow up with SgCarMart for COE Cases.

5. Manage and retain existing customers: Handle account-related

activities for current clients.

6. Provide accurate and timely Information to Management.

7. Perform other duties as assigned based on organisational

requirements.

**Job Requirements**
- At least a Diploma in any discipline
- At least 1 year of working experience in a Marketing role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Possess effective communication skills.
- Able to adhere to timelines
