**Your team**:

- Reporting to the Head of Price Management of Pictet Wealth Management, your role will be to cover Price Management activities in Asia.- Explain Pictet’s pricing architecture to bankers and play the role of tariff advisor in beauty contests or retention cases.
- Act as a gatekeeper for the execution and review of pricing controls.
- Provide actionable recommendations on opportunities that support business objectives of maximizing revenue, market shares and minimizing risk.
- Provide on the ground support to bankers and client relationship officers with regards to pricing matters.
- Build relationships with stakeholders including senior management, bankers, product owners, etc. and act as a trusted go-to person on pricing topics.

**Your profile**:
**Competencies**
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills
- Knowledge of pricing, applied in the banking industry.
- High level of interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships to impact and influence decision-making and individuals without formal authority.
- Ability to influence stakeholders and drive outcomes and consensus, while able to constructively challenge viewpoints.
- Project Management skills and experience would be a plus.
- Role can be based in Singapore / Hong Kong.

**Qualifications and experience**
- University degree in Finance, Economics, Business Management or equivalent qualification.
- CIIA or CFA qualification would be a plus.
- Excellent command of English, both spoken and written; Mandarin or French a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Access) and experience with Avaloq.
