This is a 2-year contract position as Manager/Lead Executive, Learning & Engagement in the Library.

**[What you will be working on]**
- Your responsibilities _will include, but are not limited to the following: _
- Manage key functions in the Library, including
- Promote library and learning services and resources to the various schools in NP
- Partner with schools in NP to strategically enhance Teaching & Learning relevance
- Work with industry partners to co‐create solutions and partnership with Polytechnics
- Guide and work with Library led Co-Curricular Activities to erudite and champion library initiatives
- Data sensing and use of data analytics to report outcome
- Initiate and lead the design and development of the data analytics framework for the full spectrum of library and learning services from collection, structuring, analysing and reporting of library data for insights and trend analysis;
- Collaborate with stakeholders, present key findings and recommendations to increase engagement with schools across NP;
- Engage and collaborate with industry partners to build strong networks for collaboration to enhance the various schools in NP’s industry relevance and currency; and
- Lead teams to develop e‐Learning packages, conduct user education sessions and curate resources to foster lifelong learning and promote effective us of library resources.

**[What we are looking for]**
- 3-5 years of relevant working experience in managerial role
- Proficient in data analytics with good statistics and mathematics foundation to design, collect, organise and analyse data
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Knowledge in Instructional Design
- Proficient in MS Office Applications, structuring and analysing data using Power BI or Tableau
- Able to contribute effectively in a team and with stakeholders and industry partners
- Independent and meticulous with mínimal supervision
- Good written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- High adaptability to changes in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent time management and multi-tasking ability
