[What the role is]

This is a 2-year contract position as Executive/Senior Executive, Learning & Development in the Human Resource & Organisational Development Office.

**[What you will be working on]**

We are seeking an independent and proactive Learning & Development Executive to join our Human Resource Team on a 9-month fixed-term contract. Reporting to a Manager, you will play a key role in curating and implementing training programmes, managing overseas business/training trips, facilitating industry attachments and engagements, and supporting digitalisation projects.

**Design & Implement Training Programmes**: Co-design, develop and implement training programmes to enhance staff skills and competencies, ensuring the training initiatives align with organisational goals and staff development needs. Assist with event logistics to ensure a smooth execution such as registration, catering and liaising with vendors.

**Overseas Business/Training Trips**: Coordinate and manage administration for overseas trips ensuring all travel arrangements are efficiently handled and aligned with organisational policies.

**Industry Attachment/Engagements**:Facilitate Industry Attachment programmes and engagements to support staff in professional development activities to stay industry relevant.

**Professional Membership**:Oversee management of professional memberships for staff to support their career growth.

**Digitalisation Projects**:Support the review and implementation of digitalisation projects to enhance learning and development processes.

**[What we are looking for]**

**Pre-Requisites**:

- Proven experiences in learning and development, training coordination or a similar role. Experience with coordinating travel an advantage.
- Strong organisational skills, keen attention to detail, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of digitalisation trends and tools an advantage
