[What the role is]

This is a 2-year contract position as a Senior Executive in the Library.

**[What you will be working on]**

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following:

- Collaborate closely with academic schools, students and industry partners to understand the curricula, teaching and learning needs, students’ interest and learning styles
- Work collaboratively with industry partners to design, develop and implement interactive and immersive e-Learning materials
- Plan, organize and supervise the Library CCA group of students to execute exciting learning and engagement events and activities in support of curriculum needs, lifelong learning and digital/media literacy
- Evangelize and promote the Library’s facilities, resources and services through Digital Discovery platforms, Library Homepage, Social Media Platforms, Library Guides, E-Learning courseware etc.
- Impart Digital Literacy Skills to the campus community through library events, trainings, workshops, curation of resources, exhibitions, e-Learning and other learning services
- Assess, evaluate, visualize and present the outcomes on the use of resources, learning outcomes, learning services outcomes of the various e-Learning courseware and the events executed

**[What we are looking for]**
- Self-driven individual with growth mindset, initiative and curiosity to experiment, problem-solve and build solutions independently
- Good analytical skills, communication, inter-personal skills and teamwork to work across polys, schools/depts and industry partners
- Able to manage concurrent projects with initiative and mínimal supervision
- Good knowledge in pedagogy and instructional design with experience in plan, design, create and develop interactive learning content or instructional design using authoring tools (e.g. Captivate, iSpring, Articulate, Photoshop, Canva, video editing software) and compliant with Shareable Content Object Reference Model (SCORM) and Learning Management System (LMS)
- Good knowledge of HTML, CSS, programming, app development or interactive data visualization software (Power BI, Tableau) will be an advantage
