[What the role is]

This is a 2-year contrract position as a Manager/Lead, Partnerships in the CET Academy.

[What you will be working on]

As Manager/Lead (Partnerships) in Ngee Ann Polytechnic’s (NP) Continuing Education and Training Academy (CETA), you will support the Assistant Director(s) and Deputy Director in developing and executing strategies around product mix, product development and innovation, strategic partnerships, B2B client acquisition and stakeholder management.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:

- Develop and review strategic plans to build and enhance NP’s B2B clientele to support the national SkillsFuture movement and lifelong learning via:

- A strong understanding of CET product types, their target audience and benefits;
- The appropriate mix of products by the relevant industry domain and provide advisory for individual schools or departments, taking into account existing as well as emerging industry needs by conducting market research and analysing competitor offerings;
- Collaborate with programme development teams to design and tailor training solutions that meet specific needs of clients, based on a strong understanding of the clients’ needs, CET funding and initiatives;
- Manage the lead generation and lead conversion process;
- Analyse data trends and provide regular reports on key performance indicators and business development activities;
- Cultivate and manage relationships with corporate partners, industry associations, and develop strategic partnerships to enhance the institutions’ presence in the adult education market; and
- Seek relevant government funding and grants (e.g. through SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG)) to support key initiatives for adult learning, including working with partners that have expertise we might not have and want to build.
- Work closely with the marketing and communications team to drive demand for products including through outreach events, as well as the operational team in CETA to ensure implementation fidelity and customer centricity when B2B clients send their staff for training.
- Other administrative or supportive roles to the schools, when required.

[What we are looking for]
- At least three years of working experience
- Prior experience in educational programme management, Skillsfuture and adult learning, and/or business/commercial partnerships management would be a plus
- Proven track record in engaging various stakeholders, building win-win relationships and fostering collaborations
- Excellent team player with strong interpersonal skills to work effectively across schools and departments and different levels of staff
