**Regional CRM Data Steward & Commercial Learning Manager**

The CRM Data Steward and Commercial Learning Manager serves to support local commercial functions as the Subject Matter Expert on all CRM enabled modules and functionalities. You will drive the development of New Customer Engagement-related (NCEM) strategies and support the countries in execution. You will work in close collaboration with Regional Data Analytics Manager APAC and our IT team (IT Digital Lead & Data Engineer) to enable deep customer knowledge and insights through our commercial systems (Veeva CRM, CDP, PowerBI/Rad360 etc.) Based on the insights gathered, you will identify, develop, and deploy required competencies (physical or virtual programs) to drive target behavioral changes, knowledge transfer and business outcomes for our sales and customer facing teams. **YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Design and run CRM-driven reports, define basic Veeva enhancements to improve data quality and improve salesforce adoption
- Monitors the usage and finds solutions which will further enhance CRM utilization and adoption (e.g. further training/guidance).
- Assure Sales and primary contact Data in NCEM-related systems is accurate by performing routine quality checks and developing metrics such as Commercial Excellence-related KPIs
- Ensure adherences and utilizing rate of CRM tools by individuals, teams, geographies, according to KPIs defined by the region and provides analysis and recommendations on how to improve the Achievements
- Acts as the Go-To-Expert for CRM enabled modules and functionalities and is able to train relevant stakeholders (e.g. Sales, Marketing, Medical).
- Taking lead of the training community in Region APAC, to drive Commercial Excellence enhancement in all levels Deliver Learning / Training Execution Excellence
- Responsible for the development and maintenance of training curriculum to enhance the capabilities for our customer facing teams leveraging adult learning concepts.
- Required to execute and deploy of CRM training curriculum in both virtual self-directed as well as instructor led face to face formats in collaboration with APAC Center of Excellence - Training organization.
- Understands and guides relevant stakeholders through the processes that are enabled by Veeva functionalities and other Bayer Sales
- and Marketing related tools.
- Is responsible for the continuous upskilling of relevant stakeholders regarding functionality, optimal usage including correct use of functionalities, release changes and best-practice processes.
- Systematic review of stakeholder knowledge in assigned areas of responsibility, deploying re-training and up-skilling where required
- Coordinate visits with Sales Managers, Sales Reps, to ensure the cascade and implementation of delivered learning interventions, and share observations with their Line Managers and support with follow up conversations (as required)
- Collaborate cross functionally to create and monitor Annual Learning Plan (ALP) and undertake Learning Needs Analysis on a yearly basis

**WHO YOU ARE**:

- Bachelors or Master’s degree in a quantitative / academic / scientific field
- Minimum 5 years of CRM/Data Steward experience with good understanding of Pharmaceutical / MedTech sales process
- Any prior Commercial Sales and/or Project Management experience is a plus
- Advanced CRM and Segmentation and Targeting knowledge and experience
- Accreditation/experience in conducting/facilitating Training
- Creation of online learning content and management of LMS systems desirable
- Excellent command of both oral and written English plus native-level command of local language
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, communication and team skills combined with excellent business acumen (planning, execution, Marketing & Sales know-how) with a strong Customer focus
- Demonstrated proficiency in successfully providing reporting solutions to business stakeholders
- Experience in regional work, understanding the difference of the Customers need.
