**Responsibilities**:

- Work with FCDO / Data Owner teams providing guidance and support of the Data Concern Remediation Management (DCRM) process, in alignment with the Data Operating Model (DOM) and Citi Data Governance Policy (CDGP).
- Execute the Intake and Initial Severity phase of the DCRM process, assessing incoming data concerns to ensure they’re valid and sufficiently detailed to assign to an executing data steward function for analysis & remediation.
- Act as a line of defence to the DCRM process by working with Data Stewards to ensure the book of work is complete, accurate, and is being addressed in a timely manner.
- Provide direct support to the DCRM reporting processes to enable visibility of the DCRM backlog to stakeholders across lines of business and levels of seniority.
- Support inquiries to provide DCRM related artifacts or process related responses to PBWM Senior Leadership, Internal Audit, Risk & Controls, or Regulatory Reporting functions.
- Have the ability to operate with a limited level of direct supervision on a global team and exercise independence of judgement.
- Drive continuous improvement of the DCRM process by providing tooling requirements and identifying opportunities to streamline and simplify processes.

**Qualifications**:

- 5-8 years’ experience in a related role.
- Experience with implementing and supporting data quality programs.
- Problem Solving - demonstrating ability to develop an approach to solving complex issues weighing various alternatives and balancing conflicting situations.
- Subject matter expert in more than one related area.
- Client focused, able to operate as a partner to senior business and technical stakeholders.

**Education**:

- Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience
