As an **E-commerce Operations Executive** - **Marketplace**, You will support with optimizing content, merchandise, shop in shop features, sales mechanics and customer service best practices, to drive profitable sales and customer growth on digital marketplace. The role will work collaboratively and support cross-functionally the Key Account Manager and Media Planner for Marketplace, to drive and transform the customer experience while maximizing financial returns and building the business into a strategic profit center. You work in accordance with legal requirements and H&M standards, policies, and procedures to meet the expectations of customers and colleagues.

**Job Description**:
**Job responsibilities include but are not limited to**:

- Setting, optimizing, and executing onsite campaigns on various marketplace platforms and ensure H&M's consistent, brand-appropriate presence across all high engagement visibility areas on marketplace/ communications through strong price and product presentation
- Maintaining shop in shop features, banners, and structural updates on a weekly basis, with securing that all assets (creatives) utilized across marketplace platforms are aligned with global guidelines
- Planning and curating different merchandise for various platform campaigns, in line with the omni commercial campaigns and merchandise
- Prepare and submit products and deals to marketplace platforms, in line with the marketplace commercial plan and calendar and create vouchers and bundles for brand and platform wide campaigns
- Improve content and keyword optimization to support merchandise and content conversion and selling and ensure that copy and metadata are fully optimized to maximize traffic from search engines
- Coordinate with Customer Service teams to monitor, review, and escalate ratings and reviews, returns and disputes from the marketplace platforms
- Working closely with Key Account Manager and Marketplace Media Planner to support them in their daily tasks for account, store, campaign and content management

**Qualifications**:
**Your skills and background**:

- 1+ years of professional experience working within e-commerce or marketplace
- Marketing, communication or business degree/relevant qualifications and basic understanding of marketplace platform
- Have a passion for fashion content and love to build a brand in a digital environment
- Sales driven, customer-centric, creative, and problem solving
- Highly effective communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Experience using Google Analytics, PowerBI, and Tableau (or similar tools)
- Able to work independently and be self-motivated while still working within a team environment and fostering a strong team collaboration
- Strong organizational and time management skills with an ability to determine key priorities
- Believes in entrepreneurial spirit, agile way of working and thrives in changing environment

Additional Information

This is a full-time position based in Singapore. You will become a part of the E-commerce Commercial Sales team and report directly to the E-commerce Commercial Manager - Singapore, Malaysia, Philippines, Vietnam.
